Eldon Court is a privately owned halls of residence, and Northend Management, the owners, will be your main point of contact about what happens next. You can contact them directly but please take note they may be receiving lots of enquiries at the moment.
We know that those of you who have been affected by this situation have questions and concerns, and we are working together with the University’s ResLife team to make sure we do everything we can to support and inform you.
If you know anybody who may be affected but may not have received communications from either us or the University, please pass this on to them.

31 January 2023 *Do not sign a new tenancy agreement until you have a written agreement from Northend Management that states you have been released from your Eldon Court tenancy agreement.
