LUU’s spring opening times

We all need a break at the end of a busy semester, so to make that happen for all our super staff, we’re adjusting LUU’s opening times over the spring break.

Below, we’ve set out everything you need to know about our spring closure and amended opening times around it, so you can plan your time accordingly if you’re in Leeds over the break.

LUU building will be closed for Easter from Thursday 14 April until Tuesday 19 April included.

We will see you again Wednesday 20 April.

The building will then be closed over the May bank holiday Monday 2 May, reopening Tuesday 3. All outlets, including Coop will be closed.

 

April out of term times

Bars

Terrace will be closed from Wednesday 6 April, reopening on Thursday 21 April at 5pm.

Old Bar will be closed from Thursday 14 April, reopening Wednesday 20 April at 5pm, but with an earlier closing time of 9pm. Times will return to normal on Monday 25 April.

Cafes

Common Ground will be operating its usual out of term hours of 8am-5pm, Monday – Friday throughout the break. Remember, we are closed on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.

Balcony will be closed from Saturday 27 March, reopening on Monday 25 April.

Scream will remain open with amended opening hours of 11am-4pm, Monday – Friday. Remember, Scream is closed on Saturday’s and Sunday’s.

Retail

Co-op will be open with amended out of term hours:

  • 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday
  • 10am – 8pm Saturday
  • 12pm – 6pm Sunday

Co-op will be closed from Thursday 14 April, reopening on Wednesday 20 April.

Gear will operate slightly reduced hours during the Spring break of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Remember, it’s closed on weekends.

Gear will also be closed from Thursday 14 April, reopening Wednesday 20 April. You will continue to be able to shop online during this time.

Union Shop will operate slightly reduced hours during the Spring break of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Remember, it’s closed on weekends.
