How we can support you
Need some money?
If you are struggling to pay your rent and bills or need help for food, message advice@luu.leeds.ac.uk and we may be able to help. Options include the Emergency Hardship Fund, financial support from the University, and food parcels for immediate support.
Questions about your course, exams or having trouble getting in touch with your school?
With things quickly changing, you should receive updated information via email from the University and/or your School, with each new Government update. If you don’t have the answers you need or still have concerns, get in touch and we can help you find what you need.
Feeling isolated or just want to have some other focus than your studies?
Whilst we may not be able to offer much on-campus activity there’s still plenty happening online for you to get involved in. These activities are a great way to meet people, feel energised and get some positive motivation going.
Anything else on your mind?
No matter how small, if it’s on your mind and talking it through would help, just get in touch. Our advisors are still working remotely during lockdown so there will always be help at hand. For 24/7 support visit our website.
