Your Union Serving Your Lunch Needs

New year and new things are coming to your Union. With the exciting news that Essentials is undergoing refurbishment to become a  Co-op, we’re making sure you can still pick up your sandwich, stationary and tickets in the meantime.

Now open and located in Union Square near Salad Box, you can pick up all your stationery and art supplies in the Union’s very own Pop Up Shop. For Fruity tickets and birthday deals, head to Terrace.

With exams, revision and those post-break lectures creeping back in, your Union is still here to serve up a quick, convenient and cheap lunch. Here’s all the ways you can grab a bite with us:

Co-op Pop Up

From Monday 07 January you can find a Co-op Pop Up between the Union Square and Common Ground to grab yourself a mid-lecture meal deal.

Salad Box is Back

From Monday 07 January Salad Box is open once again with its healthy options and meal deals from £3.49 on a sandwich and any two snacks, or get some greens in your life with a classic salad from £3.95  – bring your own (clean) container to get 10% off.

Urban Eats in Common Ground and Balcony

Common Ground and Balcony will now stock the popular Urban Eats sandwich and wrap range. Common Ground is open now and you can pick up individual sarnies, or if you’d prefer a meal deal you can pick this up in Balcony from Monday 14 January.

Pyramid Canteen Bringing Lunch Bargains  

Feeling the pinch this January? Pyramid Canteen is serving soup and a sandwich for as little as £2.50. It’s back open from Monday 14 January.

Bring Your Own

If you fancy bringing in your own food we’re also putting in extra microwaves in Union Square and additional seating in the dance studio next to Gear. Get heating or take a seat from Monday 14 January.
