Your Union Wins Quality Students’ Union
It’s official – we’ve been re-accredited by the NUS as a Quality Students Union, getting ‘excellent’ over all 12 of the categories. And we couldn’t be prouder.

This is evidence of all the hard work and dedication that staff and students put in throughout the year to make sure you love your time at Leeds, so a massive thank you to everyone who has given their time to make LUU the fabulous organisation it is.”
We’d like to thank all our staff, volunteers and partners who have helped us to achieve such a high status.
We’re the first Union to have received this reaccreditation so we’re feeling pretty proud that all the hard work we put in to ensure you as our members’ love your time at Leeds has been recognised.
LUU staff members picked the award up from a ceremony held by the NUS in the House of Commons.
