Wear something comfortable
Summer Party is exactly what it sounds like – a huge party to celebrate the end of the year with lots of dancing. There’s no dress code – just wear something you feel good in.
Bring your ID
Don’t forget to bring your ID! You will be required to present it upon entry. And it has to be a valid physical ID, not a picture of it on your phone.
Bring the ticket
Might seem straightforward, but sometimes the most simple things are the ones we forget most easily! Make sure your Summer Party ticket is ready on your phone, and that your phone is fully charged. Please note: Leeds Ball tickets or refund emails are invalid forms of entry.

Arrive early
Performances and activities will begin at 9pm as the doors open – don’t miss out!
Make the most out of your ticket
Your ticket grants you the entry to enjoy all of the music and live performances, and a variety of fun activities like mini golf and silent disco, so make sure to immerse yourself in everything the party has to offer.
Entry & exit
The main Summer Party entrance is the Refectory doors. Please note: You can’t re-enter after exiting the entrance!
Stay hydrated
You can get free water from our bars and refill stations.
Treat yourself to some food
There will be plenty of food options to keep you fuelled throughout the night. Please note: Food is not included in your ticket, so be prepared for additional expenses.
Feet tired from too much dancing? Get some flip-flops!
That’s right, you’ll be able to purchase flip-flops, in case those dance shoes get too tight.
Take a break, if needed
If you want to sit down, relax and play some games, head over to Crossroads in Union Square.
