Tell us a little bit about yourself!
Hi, I’m Ella, and I’ve just finished my final year studying Biological Sciences, although probably better known for my role as Club Captain of women’s football and last year’s Sports Rep on the Activities Exec!
Why did you want to join the Exec?
I wanted to join the Exec because I’ve loved being able to play a role in improving students’ university experience through my involvement with LUU so far, and being on the Exec is an even better way of being able to make changes happen.
What are your priorities for the year ahead?
My priorities are making sure as many people as possible have the opportunity to get involved with LUU clubs and societies and making sure that the Leeds University community is aware of all the amazing things our societies do and their achievements.
What are you most looking forward to in your role?
I can’t wait to get to know all of the clubs and societies and understand how I can support them.
Is there a message you’d like to send to our students?
There is a club or society out there for everyone! Don’t worry if you don’t immediately find “your people” – there are always more opportunities to explore.
